Brian Douglas has been a member and team leader of the Canadian National Kickboxing Team for over fifteen years. He has won the Canadian title multiple times and has competed in five world championships, bringing home hardware from each event. He has been a personal trainer for over twenty years, group instructor for fifteen years. Brian has also studied and taught yoga.
Brian studied and trained under the watchful eye of Muzammal Nawaz, his kickboxing and boxing coach and mentor. With numerous certifications to his name, Brian has travelled the globe studying and training with the best leaders in the health and fitness industry. He is always researching new ways to expand his knowledge in relation to physical movement.
